This Refund Policy explains cancellation and reimbursement terms for paid services offered by Jointeapurificat.

2. Scope

This policy applies to consulting engagements, educational product purchases, and structured program packages sold directly by Jointeapurificat to business clients. It does not govern third-party vendor products (snack items, equipment) procured by your organization separately.

Complimentary informational content on the website is not subject to refunds. Contact form submissions do not create financial obligations or implied service guarantees.

3. General principles

We aim for transparent pricing documented in proposals before payment. Because deliverables include professional time, research, and customized documents, refund eligibility depends on delivery stage and the reasons described below. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer in certain jurisdictions.

4. Consulting retainers and strategy intensives

4.1 Before work begins

If you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled kickoff workshop and no deliverables have been shared, you receive a full refund of prepaid fees within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method.

4.2 After kickoff but before final playbook

If cancellation occurs after discovery has started, we refund a prorated portion calculated as: prepaid amount minus (hours documented on timesheets × contracted hourly rate) minus non-recoverable third-party costs. A summary timesheet is provided upon request.

4.3 After final deliverable delivery

Once the implementation playbook or equivalent final document is delivered and accepted per the statement of work, fees are non-refundable except where Section 6 applies.

5. Educational products and digital materials

Downloadable workday rhythm kits and similar digital products are refundable within seven (7) days of purchase if:

  • You have not downloaded files more than once for archival purposes;
  • You report a material technical defect we cannot repair within five (5) business days; or
  • The product description on our site materially misrepresented included components.

Refunds are not available after templates have been distributed to more than three internal users at your organization, because duplication cannot be reversed.

6. Quality concerns and service credits

If deliverables omit major sections explicitly listed in your signed scope, notify us within ten (10) business days of delivery. We will remedy at no charge or offer a partial credit. Credits expire twelve (12) months from issuance and are not convertible to cash unless required by law.

7. Program challenges and workshops

Live facilitation sessions canceled by the client with less than five (5) business days notice forfeit fifty percent (50%) of session fees to cover reserved consultant time. Sessions canceled by us for reasons other than force majeure are rescheduled at no cost or fully refunded.

8. Non-refundable items

  • Third-party pass-through expenses already invoiced by vendors;
  • Rush fees identified as non-refundable in the proposal;
  • Services fully performed per written acceptance sign-off;
  • Deposits labeled non-refundable in the contract when the client initiates termination without cause.

9. How to request a refund

Email touch@jointeapurificat.world with your company name, invoice number, payment date, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within three (3) business days and decide within fifteen (15) business days unless additional review is disclosed. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank processing may add five to ten business days.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks on validly delivered services may result in suspension of further work and recovery of administrative fees permitted by card network rules.

11. Tax treatment

Refunds may include applicable sales tax where originally collected. You are responsible for reporting refund receipts to your tax advisors.

12. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy. The Last updated date in the hero section changes when revisions occur. Contracts signed before an update retain the policy version referenced in the contract unless both parties agree otherwise.
